Our History:

Our company is comprised of a staff that holds over 50 years of industry experience. Dan Swanberg, previous owner of Swanberg Construction, and Doug Davey, owner of Home Team Northwest Real Estate, have partnered together to form Home Team Northwest Construction (HTNW Construction).  Both share the same philosophies in business along with common values and commitment toward client satisfaction.

HTNW Construction’s management team consists of Dan Swanberg, Owner/General Manager, Doug Davey, Principal, and Kristine Thompson, Director of Finance:

Dan has 32 years of experience in the construction industry with the last 22 consisting of running and operating his own general contracting company, Swanberg Construction.

Doug has over 20 years of experience in real estate and is well known and respected by other Real Estate Professionals as well as many community leaders.

Kristine Thompson, who recently joined Home Team Northwest Real Estate and HTNW Construction, brings with her many years of knowledge in the accounting, management, and human resources field. She has had experience with corporations, partnerships and sole-proprietorships and has worked for both profit and non-profit organizations.  She is dedicated to helping both Home Team Northwest and HTNW Construction by providing the best customer service and client satisfaction in addressing all your home care needs.
